RESOLUTION 96 - 640
RELEASING SITE WROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
WEST HEALTH CANMSl2855 Campus Drive (93068)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the site plan and resolution 93-465 approved on
August 29, 1994, for West Suburban Health Campus joint venture (93068), has agreed
to install certain site improvements for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has replaced the dead landscaping and it has survived a
winter season and the As -Built utility plan has been submitted to the Engineering
Department; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected s --id site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the $3,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for
West Suburban Health Campus.
Adopted by the City Council on November 20, 1996.
