ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A TRAIL EASEMENT IN PONDEROSA WOODS 2"D ADDITION
DOCUMENT NUMBER 2479267
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, Brett A. Perry,
Attorney on behalf of Emmett and Sally Hume has petitioned the City Council for the vacation
of the following trail easement:
A permanent easement for public trail purposes over, under, and across the
West 15 feet of Outlot A and Outlot B, PONDEROSA WOODS 2nd
ADDITION, Hennepin County, MN according to the recorded plat thereof, said
easement recorded under Document Number 2479267 on February 10, 1994,
Registered Vol 2633, Page 785394, and Registered Vol 2633, Page 785395. '
AND WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
December 18, 1996 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
