RELEASING SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
TREE PRESERVATION
OPUS CORPORATION/BOREALIS WAREHOUSE (96022)
WHEREAS, by Administrative approval letter dated March 22, 1996, approval was
given for a Final Site Plan for Opus Corporation Borealis Warehouse building and,
WHEREAS, the approval provided for compliance with Resolution 09-439 regarding a
Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the am-)unt of $3,787.50
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester in a letter dated October 14, 1996 has certified the
development and he now recommends release of the remaining financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the financial guarantee in the amount of $3,787.50, which was submitted
to guarantee Tree Preservation for the Borealis Warehouse project.
Adopted by the City Council on November 20, 1996.
