RELEASING SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
TREE PRESERVATION
MARVIN ANDERSON CONSTRUCTIONXERNBROOK WOODS 2ND

WHEREAS, on March 07, 1995, the City Council approved a Final Plat for Marvin
Anderson Construction for Fembrook Woods 2"d Addition by City Council Resolution
95-168 and,
WHEREAS, the Resolution 95-168 provided for compliance with Resolution 89-439
regarding a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $4,675.00
to secure execution of the Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester in a letter dated June 19, 1995 has certified the
development and he now recommends release of the remaining financial guarantee;
NOW, THERIiiFORB, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the financial guarantee in the amount of $4,675.00, winch was submitted
to guarantee Tree Preservation for Fembrook Woods 2' Addition.
Adopted by the City Council on November 20, 1996.
