RESOLUTION 96 - 626
RELEASING SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR
TREE PRESERVATION
OPUS CORPORATION/SELECT COMFORT (95033)
WHEREAS, by Administrative approval letter dated May 24, 1995 approval was given
for a Site Plan for Opus Corporation Select Comfort building and,
WHEREAS, the approval provided for compliance with Resolution 89-439 regarding a
Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $1,880.00
to secure execution of the Tree Pm -servation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester in a letter dated October 16, 1996 has certified the
development and he now recommends release of the remaining financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MUUMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
the release of the financial guarantee in the amount of $1,880.00, which was submitted
to guarantee Tree Preservation for the Select Comfort project.
Adopted by the City Council on November 20, 1996.
