RESOLUTION 96- 615
AWARDING CONTRACT FOR ALUMINIUM STORE FRONT, WINDOWS
AND DOORS
WHEREAS, sealed bids were received at 2 p.m. on Monday, November 4, in accords= with
Bute bidding laws, and
WHEREAS, the City's construction manager and staff have reviewed said bids, and
WHEREAS, the construction manager and staff are recommending awarding of contract to
Telar Industries in the amount of $162,800;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLYMOUTH CITY COUNCIL that the
award for bid package 5.2.5 - Aluminum Store Front, Windows and Doors is awarded to
Telar Industries in die amount of $162,800.
Adopted by the City Council on November 6, 1996.
