APPROVING THE LABOR AGPJMDd33NT BETWEEN

LAW ENFORCEMENT LABOR SERVICES (IJKS)
FOR .1 D 1997
WHEREAS, representatives of the City of Plymouth and LIU, representing Plymouth
Sergeants, have mat to negotiate a labor contract in accordance with the Public
Employee Libor Relations Act; and
WHERBAS, the City Manager has reported an agreement has been reached for the
period of January 1, 1947 through December 31, 1997.
NOW, TF1IREFORE, BE IT HEUSY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, WNNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve
the labor agreement between the City of Plymouth and LEM, for the period of January
1, 1997 through December 31, 1997; and
FURTHER, that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to executs the agreement.
Adopted by the City Council on November 6, 1996.
