HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1996-612• CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 612 HIGHWAY 55 AND INDUSTRIAL PARK BOULEVARD TRAFFIC SIGNAL CITY PROJECT NO. 619 BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit: To install a new traffic control signal with street lights, emergency vehicle pre-emption and signing on Trunk Highway No. 55 at Industrial Park Boulevard in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 75515 a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. FURTHER, that funding for the project is authorized from Fund 402-402 in the amount of $16,000. Adopted by the City Council on November 6, 1996. STATE OF MINNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS.
