RESOLUTION NO. % - 611
HIGHWAY 55 AT COUNTY ROAD 101/PEONY LANE
SIGNAL REVISIONS
CITY PROJECT NO, 502
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Plymouth enter into an agreement with the State of
Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes, to wit:
To remove the existing traffic control signal and install a new traffic control
signal with street lights and signing on Trunk Highway No. 55 - Trunk
Highway No. 55/County State Aid Highway No. 101 at County State Aid
Highway No. 101 - Peony Lane in accordance with the terms and conditions
set forth and contained in Agreement No. 75583, a copy of which was
before the Council.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and hereby are authorized
to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the
contractual obligations contained therein.
Adopted by the City Council on November 6, 1996.
