RESOLUTION NO. % - 605
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
OUTLOT A, PARKERS LAKE CORPORATE CENTER 7TH ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06, David Nash on
behalf of Caliber Development has petitioned the'City Council for the vacation of the following
drainage and utility easements:
The drainage and utility easements within Outlot A, Parkers Lake Corporate
Center 7' Addition, according to the plat on file or of record in the office of the
Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND VN'HEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in
order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the dPte of
December 4, 1996 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400
Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs
the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law.
Adopted by the City Council on November 6, 1996.
