RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
WEST MEDICINE LAKE PARK IMPROVEMENT - PHASE II
CITY PROJECT NO. 330
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the construction of the West Medicine
Lake Park Improvement - Phase H, and all necessary appurtenances, bids were received,
opened and tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying with
the advertisement:

WHEREAS, it appears that Sunram Const. of Maple Grove, MN is the lowest responsible
bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into the attached
contract with Sunram Const. of Maple Grove in the name of the City of Plymouth for the
West Medicine Lake Park Improvement - Phase II according to the plans and specifications
therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk in the
amount of $171,325.75.
2, The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders and the
deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the successf it bidder and the next
lowest bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
Adopted by the City Council on November 6, 1996.
