RESOLUTION NO. %- 603•
AWARD OF PROPOSAL FOR PARKS AND RECREATION SOFTWARE
WHEREAS, the City's current parks and recreation information system is no longer able to
meet the needs of the City, and
WHEREAS. the City wishes to implement a new generation of information systems that can
meet both current and future needs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, THAT THE Finance and Information Technology
Director is authorized to implement new parks and recreation information systems during the
next fifteen months at a cost of $50,018 (including purchasing software and implementation
services from Escom Software Services);
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that all costs for these services will come from the computer
reserve during fiscal years 1996 and 1997.
