FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4860 PEONY LANE NORTH (96113) WHEREAS, Janco, Inc, has requested approval for Zoning Ordir«wr.e Variances for 20 -foot front yard setbacks where 25 feet is required for property located at 4860 Peony Lane North; and, WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as follows; and That part of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section 7, Township 118, North Range 22, West of the 5* Principal Meridian, lying North of the Soo Line Company's right-of-way. WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said requests at a duly called Public Hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Janco, Inc. for a Zoning Ordinance Variance for front yard setbacks for property located at 4860 Peony Lane North, based on the finding that the Variance standards have been met and subject to the following conditions: 1. This Variance is for 20 -foot front yard setbacks on Lots 12 through 30, Block 1 in accordance with the plans received by the City on October 8, 1996, except as amended by this resolution. Adopted by the City Council this sixth day of November, 1996. STATE OF MINNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS.
