FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4860 PEONY LANE NORTH (961 I3) WHEREAS, Janco, Inc. has requested reclassification of the land use guiding from LAR (Rural Density/Agricultural) to LA -2 (Living Area 2) for a 20.38 -acre property located at 4860 Peony Lane North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Janco, Inc. for reclassification of the land use guiding from LAR (Rural Density/Agricultural) to LA -2 (Living Area 2) for a 20.38 -acre property located at 4860 Peony Lane North. FURTHER, approval of the Land Use Guide Plan Amendment is contingent upon, and subject to, the required review and response by the Metropolitan Council.
