RESOLUTION 96 - 598
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
FOUR SEASONS Ho L.L.C./FOUR SEASONS MALL (96111)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by Administrative
Approval letter dated August 15, 1996; for Four Seasons II, L.L.C., the developer of
site work at the Four Seasons Mall (96111), who has agreed to install certain site
improvements for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a majority of the site improvements except:
Winter survivability of landscaping.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hrreby does authorize
a $32,792.50 reduction of the Savings Account which was set up to guarantee site
improvements for Four Seasons II, L.L.C. to a new financial guarantee total of
$897.50
