REDUCING SITE MPROVEN M PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
CALIBER DE %T=PMENT CORP./NORTHWEST BUSINESS CENTRE (95131)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by the City Council on
January 23, 1996, Resolution 96-43; for Caliber Development Corp, the developer of
Northwest Business Centre (95131), who has agreed to install certain site improvements
for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a majority of the site improvements except:
Fences, Screen Structures, Trash Disposal Enclosure, Public Trail construction,
Installation of sod/seed, Winter survivability of landscaping and As -Built Utility Plan
submitted to the Engineering Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THERAFORE, BE TT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $64,000.00 redr ,.on of ine Letter of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements f r Northwest Business Centre to a new financial guarantee total of
$19,000.00
