RESOLUTION 96 -596
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
CALIBER DEVELOPMENT CORPJBASS LAKE BUSINESS CENTRE II
(96029)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by Administrative
Approval letter dated April 17, 1996; for Caliber Development Corp, the developer of
Bass Lake Business Centre II (96029), who has agreed to install certain site
improvements for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a majority of the site improvements except:
Winter survivability of landscaping and As -Built utility plan submitted to the
Engineering Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reductiva of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $29,950.00 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Bass Lake Business Centre II to a new financial guarantee total of
$2,250.00
