RESOLUTION 96- 591
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CARLSON REAL ESTATE TO
ALLOW LIMITED RETAIL SALES FOR CAL SPAS OF MINNESOTA, INC.
LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF CARLSON PARKWAY AND I-
494 (96134)
WHEREAS, Carlson Real Estate Company, Inc. has requested approval of a
Conditional Use Permit to allow limited retail sales for Cal Spas of Minnesota, Inc.
located in the northeast quadrant of Carlson Parkway and I-494; and
WHEREAS, the property is legally described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and
hereby made a parrt hereof; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public
Hearing and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by Carlson Real Estate Company, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit to
allow limited retail sales at the northeast quadrant of Carlson Parkway and I-494,
subject to the following conditions:
1. The Conditional Use Permit allows limited retail sales of products by Cal Spas of
Minnesota, Inc. in accordance with the application received by the City on
September 6, 1996, except as amended by this resolution.
2. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and
violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
3. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals
per Ordinance provisions.

seconds westerly a distance of 410.51 feet along a northerly line thereof to point of
beginning of line to be descrihW then south 0 degrees 26 minutes 07 seconds east a
distance of 546.68 feet to southerly line thereof and there terminating and lying
northerly of the following described line commencing at the northeast corner of Lot 1
then south 89 degrees 34 minutes 25 seconds west a distance of 420.51 feet along a
