HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1996-591• RESOLUTION 96- 591 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR CARLSON REAL ESTATE TO ALLOW LIMITED RETAIL SALES FOR CAL SPAS OF MINNESOTA, INC. LOCATED IN THE NORTHEAST QUADRANT OF CARLSON PARKWAY AND I- 494 (96134) WHEREAS, Carlson Real Estate Company, Inc. has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow limited retail sales for Cal Spas of Minnesota, Inc. located in the northeast quadrant of Carlson Parkway and I-494; and WHEREAS, the property is legally described on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and hereby made a parrt hereof; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Carlson Real Estate Company, Inc. for a Conditional Use Permit to allow limited retail sales at the northeast quadrant of Carlson Parkway and I-494, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Conditional Use Permit allows limited retail sales of products by Cal Spas of Minnesota, Inc. in accordance with the application received by the City on September 6, 1996, except as amended by this resolution. 2. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 3. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions.
