HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1996-589CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 96- 589 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR SINCLAIR OIL CORPORATION FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 9605-36"' AVENUE NORTH (96123) WHEREAS, Sinclair Oil Corporation has requested approval of a Conditional Use Permit to allow a 500 gallon waste oil storage tank at 9605-3& Avenue North (the property is more specifically described as Lots 14 and 15 of Section 24, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Sinclair Oil Corporation for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a 500 gallon waste oil storage tank at 9605-3e Avenue North, subject to the following conditions: 1. The Conditional Use Permit allows installation of a waste oil storage tank and related fencing enclosure, in accordance with the plans received by the City on August 9, 1996, except as amended by this resolution. 2. The waste oil storage tank is subject to all applicable building permits and must comply with the Fire Code and State Building Code. 3. Prior to building permit issuance, fire lanes, lane signage and hydrants will be identified on the site plan. 4. Prior to building permit issuance, the Plymouth Fire Department notes will be stated on plans. 5. Prior to building permit issuance, an eight and one-half inch by 11 inch reproducible mylar As Built will be provided to the Fire Department 6. 'rhe Conditional Use Permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 7. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and appLovals per Ordinance provisions. • Resolution 96- 589 , Page 2 Adopted by the City Council on November 6, 1996.
