RESOLUTION NO. 96- 585
Awarding of Contracts for Bid Package 5.2 on the Ice Arena
REAS, the following Council direction bid packages 5.2 were rebid based on earlier Council
action, and
WHEREAS, bids were duly received on Monday, October 14, 1996 at 2:00 p.m., and
WHEREAS, the construction manager has reviewed said bids and recommends approval, and
WHEREAS, the staff concurs with this recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that contracts be awarded as follows and further, the Mayor
and City Manager are authorized to sign said contracts:
5.2.3 Roofing and Related Weather Proof Systems, Inc. $200,930
5.2.14 HVAC (combined with plumbing) Anderson Mechanice l
5.2.15 Plumbing Anderson MechanicEJ $4310380
5.2.16 Automatic Sprinkler Superior Fire Protection $121,000
