APROVING CHANGE ORDERS FOR THE ELM CREEK PLAYFIELD PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Wayzata School District has entered into contracts for the
development of the Elm Creek Piayfield on behalf of the City of Plymouth, and
WHEREAS, the construction manager, M. A Mortenson Corporation has recommended
six changes be made to the contracts for a total deduct of $14,230, and
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed these change orders and is in agreement with said
recommendation,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that change orders totaling a deduction of
$14,230 for the Elm Creek Playfield is hereby approved.
Adopted by the City Council on October 16. 1996.
