RESOLUTION 96- 568
APPROVING FIRE LANE VARIANCE FOR DJD PROPERTIES TO ALLOW A
BUILDING ADDITION AT DALCO ROOFING AND SHEET METAL, INC.,
15525 -32ND AVENUE NORTH (96131)
WHEREAS, DJD Properties has requested approval of a Fire Code Variance for
property located at 15525-32n4 Avenue North; and
WHEREAS, the Fire Inspector has reviewed the request and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the request by DJD Properties for a Fire Code Variance to allow construction of an
addition onto the existing building without a fire lane along the westerly portion of the
structure, subject to the following conditions:
1. The Fire Code Variance is needed for the construction of an addition to the Dalco
Roofing and Sheet Metal building, as shown on the plans received by the City on
September ?4, 1996.
2. Compliance with the Fire Inspector's Memo dated October 9, 1996.
Adopted by the City Council on October 16, 1996.
