HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1996-564CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 96-564 APPROVING VARIANCE FOR STEVEN PAPERMASTER FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2730 PINEVIEW LANE NORTH (96124) WHEREAS, Steven Papenmaster has requested approval of a Variance to allow a side yard setback of three feet for the construction of a 12 foot by 24 foot attached third -car garage stall, where 15 feet is ritquired by the Zoning Ordinance; and, WHEREAS, the subject property is legally described as: Lot 19, Block 3, Creekwood Heights 21 Addition; and, WHREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Steven Papermaster for a Variance based on the finding that the Variance Standards have been met and subject to the following conditions: 1. The proposed addition addresses a hardship of the individual that is necessary in order to provide reasonable accessibility to and from the garage. 2. This will not establish an undesirable precedent within the City. Approved by the City Council on October 16, 1996. STATE OF MINNESOTA) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN) SS.
