CITY OF PLYMOUTH
HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
RESOLUTION 96-562
WHEREAS, the Building Official of the City of Plymouth has attempted without success to
have the owner of certain property remedy the hazardous condition of the single family home and
storage shed situated on the property at 14205 Rockford Road, Plymouth, Minnesota; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the buildings on the property constitute a
hazardous building condition within the meaning of Minnesota Statutes § 463.15, Subd. 3.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth:
1. Pursuant to Minnesota Statutes § 463.17 el M., the City hereby adopts and approves the
Order to Repair or Remove Hazardous Buildings attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
2. The City's legal counsel, Roger N. Knutson, Campbell, Knutson, Scott & Fuchs, P.A.,
317 Eagandale Office Center, 1380 Corporate Center Curve, Eagan, Minnesota 55121, is directed to
serve the Order and to proceed with enforcement in accordance with Minnesota Statutes § 463.15 gl

PLEASE BE ADVISED that pursuant to order of the Plymouth City Council and by authority of
Minnesota Statutes Section 463.15 r& U&., you have twenty (20) days from the date of service of this Order upon
you, to remedy the hazardous condition of your buildings situated on property at 14205 Rockford Road, City of
Plymouth, County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, and legally described as follows:
PIN 15-118-22-32-000$
The East 96% feet of the West 266% feet of the North 363 feet of the Southwest Quarter of Section 15,
Township 118, Range 22.
The single family home and storage shed as they are presently situated constitute a health, safety, and fire
hazard to the residents of the City of Plymouth. The basis for this Order is set forth in more detail in the
Demolition Order -Building Inspector's Report dated July 5, 1996, attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
If you fail to remedy the situation the City will seek permission from the District Court for the City to
do so. The City will move the District Court for summary enforcement of this Order pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes Section 463.19 unless you remedy the situation within said twenty (20) day period or unless an answer
is filed within twenty (20) days of service of this Order upon you. Upon enforcement of the Order by the City,
the cost will be charged against the property pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Section 463.21.

Minnesota 55408; that the real property affected, involved, and brought in question by said
action is the tract of land in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, described as follows,
