RESOLUTION % - 553
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
PLYMOUTH PONDS L.L.C./3500 HOLLY LANE BUILDING N2 (9S134)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by the City Council on
February 07, 1996 per Resolution 96-102, for Plymouth Ponds Development L.L.0 ,
the developer of Plymouth Ponds Business Park (95134), who has agreed to install
certain site improvements for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all of the site improvements except: Winter
survivability of landscaping and As -Built utility pians submitted to the Engineering
Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to ►aflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $17,812.50 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was set up to guarantee site
improvements for Plymouth Ponds Business Park to a new financial guarantee total of
$5,937.50
