REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
PLYMOUTH PONDS DEVELOPMENT L.L.C./3555 HOLLY LANE BUILDING

WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by City Council on
June 20, 1995 per Resolution 95-362, for Plymouth Ponds Development L.L.C., the
developer of Plymouth Ponds Business Park (95005), who has agreed to install certain
site improvements for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all of the site improvements except:
Replacement of four dead pine trees and As -Built utility plans submitted to the
Engineering Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL Ol
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $40,t)00.W reduction of the Letter of Credit which was set up to guarantee sit .
