RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 546
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FROM THE
1991 WETLAND ACT
CALIBER BUILDERS, GREENTREE ADDITION
COUNTY RD. 24 & HWY 101
S% SEC. 19; LOT 16, BLOCK 1
WHEREAS, Caliber Builders is proposing a single family unit at the above mentioned site
which will involve filling two wetland areas on this property (basins W I & W#2); and
WHEREAS, tate filling in wetland basin W#1, is exempt from the 1991 Wetland Act under
incidental wetland exemption, and the filling in wetland basin Wp2, shall be limited to the
allowed de minimus of 2,000 sq. ft.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Ponn for Caliber Builders.
