HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1996-539RESOLUTION NO. % - 539 REDUCING REQUIRED FINANCIAL GUARANTEE CHURCHELL FARMS 4= ADDITION (92022) WHEREAS, in acro -dance with the development contract dated April 29, 1996, Lundgren Bros. Constriction, Inc., developer of Churchill Farms 4" Addition (92022), has agreed to install certain improvements for said development; and WHEREAS, the developer has complexed a portion of the street, utility and site grading as noted below; and WHEREAS, the developer has requested a reduction of the required financial guarantee to reflect the completed work; NOW, THE1RBFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF= CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; that the financial guarantee requirements are reduced as follows: That the required financial guarantee for the above items be reduced as detailed above from $1,120 to $0 (zero) to reflect the completed work. The cash was previously returned and the letter of credit will be released by the Finance Department.
