Awarding and Rejecting Bids as Necessary for the Ice Arena Project No. 541
WHEREAS, sealed bids in accordance with City policy were opened at 2 p.m. on Thursday,
September 19, 1996, and
WHEREAS, the construction manager and city staff have reviewed said bids,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF PLYMOUTH, M 14NESOTA, that the following bid packages should be awarded:
