REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
ABINGDON DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION/ORCHARDS OF PLYMOUTH
PHASE I (94050)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Final Plat and Development Contract that was
approved by City Council on December 05, 1994 Resolution 94-780, for Abingdon
Development Corporation, the developer of Orchards of Plymouth Phase I (94050),
who has agreed to install certain site improvements for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all of the site improvements except: Completing
installation of landscaping, driveways, irrigation and winter survivability of.
landscaping.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCU, OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $12.7,000.00 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was set up to guarantee site
improvements for of Plymouth Phase I to a new financial guarantee totai of
$39,000.00
