CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION 96 - 530
RELEASING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY (95034)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by the City Council on
August 1, 1995; for Prudential Insurance Company developer of Prudential Insurance
Company (95034), has agreed to install certain site improvements for said development;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all site improvements including winter
survivability of landscaping and as -built utility plan submitted to the Engineering
Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Letter of Credit in the amount of $6,250.00. which was submitted to
guarantee site improvements for Prudential Insurance Company.
