REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
LITTLE FLOWERS MONTESSORI SCHOOL (95043)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by the City Council on
July 11, 1995 per Resolution 95-381, for Little Flowers Montessori School (95043),
who has agreed to install certain site improvements for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all of the site improvements except: Winter
Survivability of landscaping, and As -Built utility plan submitted to the Engineering
Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOV, THEREFORE, HE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $75,717.50 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was set up to guarantee site
improvements for Little Flowers Montessori School to a new financial guarantee total
of $2,752.50
