RESOLUTION 96 - 528
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
CALIBER DEVELOPMENT CORP./BASS LAKE BUSINESS CENTRE 11

WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by Administrative
Approval letter dated April 17, 1996; for Caliber Development Corp, the developer of
Bass Lake Business Centre lI (96029), who has agreed to install certain site
improvements for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed a small portion of site improvements except:
Trash Disposal Enclosure, Curbing, Islands, Delineators, Driveway, Parking Lot,
Curb Cuts, and related improvements, Landscaping Installation, Final
Grading/Berming and As -Built utility plan submitted to the Engineering Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY Comm. OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $22,600.00 reduction of the Letter of Credit which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Bass Lake Business Centre II to a new financial guarantee total of
$32,200.00
