RESOLUTION 96.527
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
RYAN BUILDERS INC./HONEYWELL CHILLER ADDITION (95128)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Amendment that was approved by the
City Council on January 09, 1996 per Resolution 96-34, for Ryan Builders, Inc., the
developer of the '-Ioneywell Chiller Addition (95128), who has agreed to install certain
site improvements for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all of the site improvements except: Winter
Survivability of landscaping and As -Built utility plan submitted to the Engineering
Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $12,925.00 reduction of the Bond which was set up to guarantee site improvements
for Ryan Builders, Inc. to a new financial guarantee total of $725.00
