REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
ISD 214 CENTRAL SERVICES FACU M (9SO49)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Amendment that was approved by the
City Council on July 11, 1995 per Resolution 95-382, for Inspec, Inc., the developer
of the Central Services Facility improvements (95049), who has agreed to install
certain site improvements for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all of the site improvements except: Winter
Survivability of landscaping, and As -Built utility plan submitted to the Engineering
Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $13,926.00 reduction of the Cash which was set up to guarantee site improvements
for the ISD 284 Central Services Facility to a new financial guarantee total of $250.00
