RESOLUTION % - 525
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
WELSH COMPANIES, INCJAUTO SOUND ENTRONIX (95111)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan Amendment that was approved by
Administrative approval letter dated October 25, 1995, for Welsh Companies, Inc., the
developer of Auto Sound Entronix improvements (95111), who has agreed to install
certain site improvements for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all of the site improvements except: Winter
Survivability or landscaping, and As -Built utility plan submitted to the Engineering
Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $16,102.50 reduction of the Bond which was se: up to guarantee site improvements
for Auto Sound Entronix to a new financial guarantee total of $75.00
