RESOLUTION NO. 96.515
FINDING NO OBJECTION TO LAWFUL GAMBLING EXIMPTION
FOR ZACHARY LANE ELEMENTARY PTA
R►HBRBAS, a notice of Lawful Gambling Exemption has been submitted to the City by
Zachary Lane Elementary School PTA for a raffle and bingo to be conducted on February 6
and 7, 1996.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Plymouth that it
finds no objection to the Lawful Gambling Exemption for Zachary Lane Elementary School
PTA for an event at 4350 Zachary Lane on February 6 and 7, 1997.
Adopted by the City Council on September 18, 1996.
