FINAL ALIGNMENT STUDY
SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD FROM
VICKSBURG LANE TO PEONY LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 316
WHEREAS, in 1995, the City adopted a preliminari alignment for Schmidt Lake Road from
Vicksburg Lane to Peony Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Nanterre development has been app, oved which designates the final alignment
for Schmidt Lake Road from Vicksburg Lane to the railroad; and
WHEREAS, the City has received a developm,r,it proposal foi the property immediately
southerly of the Schmidt Lake Road alignment and east of Peony Lane; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to determine the final alignment, elevation of the roadway and
preliminary plan; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MIPMY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, bHINESOTA: That the consulting engineer for the Schmidt Lake
Road project, SRF Consulting, Inc. be directed to prepare a final alignment, preliminary plan,
and cost estimate study for Schmidt Lake Rvad from Vicksburg Lane to Peony Lane, City
Project No. 36.
Adopted by the City Council on September 18, 1996.
