CITY OF PLYMOUTH
RESOLUTION NO. 96- 511
AUTHORI2ING THE VACATION OF
DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS
LOTS 1, 29 3 AND 4, BLOCK 1
COURTYARDS OF FRENCH CREEK
WHEREAS, a petition was received to vacate certain drainage and utility easements in Lots 1,
22 3 and 4, Block 1, Courtyards of French Creek; and
WHEREAS, said petition was signed oy a majority of the owners of the land abutting the area
proposed to be vacated; and
WHEREAS, a pablic hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for November 21,
1995 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 and the City Charter Section 12.06; and
WHEREAS, z notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks prior
to ;'te meeting of November 21, 1995; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation weir, duly notified by mail;
and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on November 21, 1995 to inform any and
all interested parties relevant to the vacation of drainage and utility easements in Courtyards of
French Creek Addition; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said ;asements were not needed for
public purposes;
WHEREAS, Resolution 95-720 had a incorrect legal description Ind with this correction the
County will record the document.
NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utirly easements be
vacated:
The southeasterly 6.00 feet of Lot 1, Block 1, Courtyard's of Fres: ;h Creek
according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except the
east 15.00 feet and the southwesterly 10,00 feet of said Lot 1.
The southeasterly 6.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 1, Courtyards of French Crxk,
according to the i-ecorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, MimtPsota, except Me
epgt 15.00 feet and the westerly 10.00 feet of said Lot 2.

The northwesterly 6.00 feet and southeasterly 6.10 feet of Lot 3, Block 1,
Courtyards of French Creek, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin
County, Minnesota, except the east 15.00 feet and the west 10.00 feet of said
Lot 3.
The northwesterly 6.00 feet of Lot 4, Block 1, Courtyards of French Creek,
according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except the
east 15.00 feet and the west 10.00 feet of said Lot 4.
Adopted by the City Council on September 18, 1996.
