CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FROM THE
1991 WETLAND ACT

WHEREAS, the owners of Caliber Development, NW Pointe Business Center propose to
complete their project by filling an incidental on-site wetland, and
WHEREAS, the filling of this type of wetland is exempt from the 1991 WetlaW Act under
Exemption N 10. " activities in a wetland created solely as a result of: actions by public
entities that were taken for a purpose other than creating the wetland...".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for Caliber Development, NW Pointe Business Center.
Adopted by the City Cu ncil on September 18, 1996.
