AUTHORIZING TAE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION FROM THE
1991 WETLAND ACT
DEAN AND ALICE FJELSTUL'S PROPERTY
TRACT B, RLS U 1551
WHEREAS, Dean And Alice Fjelstul propose to fill an incidental on-site wetland, and
WHEREAS, the filling of this type of wetland is exempt from the 1991 Wetland Act under
Exemption # 10. " activities in a wetland created solely as a result of: actions by public
entities that were taken for a purpo;e other than creating the wetland...".
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the
Certificate of Exemption Form for Dean And Alice Fjelstul.
Adopted by the City Council on September 18, 1996.
