RESOLUTION NO, 96 -503
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
NORTHWEST -19 TRUNK SANITARY SEWER
CITY PROJECT NO. 503
WHEREAS, a contract has been let for the improvement of.
Northwest -19 Sanitary Sewer District
by the installation of a 12" and 10" trunk sanitary sewer, and all necessary
appurtenances, and the contract price for such improvement is $1,181,624 and the
expenses incurred or to be incurred in the making of said improvement amount to
$251,946 so the total cost of the improvement will be $1,433,570 and of this cost the
City will pay $1,006,400.91 as its share of the cost;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such improvement to be specially assessed is hereby declared to
be, $427,169.09.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer, shay. forthwith
cal ;ulate the proper amount to be special assessed from such improvement
against every accessible lot, piece of parcel of land within the district
affected, vAthout regard to cash valuation, as provided by the law, and shall
file a copy of such proposed assessment in the office for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall upon completion of such proposed assessment notify the
Council thereof.
