AUTHORIZE THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON
ROCKFORD ROAD (COUNTY ROAD 9) BETWEEN
VICKSBURG LANE AND I494
CITY PROJECT NO, 402
HENNEPIN COUNTY PROJECT NO, 8424
WHEREAS, Hennepin County will undertake the improvement of Rockford Road
(County Road 9) between Vicksburg Lane and I-494; and
WHEREAS, it is a requirement that parking be restricted on Rockford Road (County
Road 9) between Vicksburg Lane and I-494.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA; That the Director of Public Works is
hereby authorized to install "No Parking" signs on both side of Rockford Road (County
Road 9) between Vicksburg Lane and I-494.
Adopted by the City Council on September 18, 1996.
