WHEREAS, the City has issued an off -sale 3.2 malt liquor license to PDQ Food Stores of
Minnesota, Inc., at 4090 Annapolis Lane; and
WFIBREAS, the licensee has notified the City that the corporate ownership has changed from
PDQ Food Stores of Minnesota, Inc., to PDQ Food Stones, Inc.
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved that the City Council approves the corporate license
change from PDQ Food Stones of Minnesota, Inc., to PDQ Food Stores, Inc., for the location
licensed to sell off -sal:: 3.2 malt liquor at 4090 Annapolis Lane.
