RESOLUTION NO. 96- 492
RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR
PAST DUE FALSE FIRE ALARM FEES
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Section 463.15 to 463.26 M.S.A., Chapter VII,
Section 810.01 and Chapter XI, Section 1155.23 of the City Code of the City of Plymouth,
Minnesota, a determination hay been made that certain charges for delinquent alarm permit
fees have not been paid as provided by law, and the total amount of such charges is $1,300.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINIMOTA:
1. The amount of delinquent false fire alarm permit fees to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $1,300.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the Director of Finance, shall forthwith calculate
the proper amount to be specially assessed as provided by law; and the Clerk shall file
a copy of such proposed assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public
insp%;ction.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the Council
thereof.
