SET COUNCIL MEETING STARTING TIME FOR DECEMBER 4, 1996
REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING
WHEREAS, the City is required to hold a Truth In Taxation hearing on the 1997
budget and tax levy; and
WHEREAS, these dates cannot conflict with those dates for school districts within the
City of Plymouth or Hennepin County; and
WHEREAS, the best available date is the same as the regular Council meeting date of
December 4, 1996; and
NOW, THEREFORE,, BE 1T HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the regular Council meeting
of December 4, 1996 shall start following the conclusion of the Truth In Taxation
Hearing, and the regular Council meeting of December 18, 1996 shall start at 7:00
P.M. or the conclusion of the Tiuth In Taxation hearing.
