RESOLUTION % - 477
REDUCING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
WELLINGTON PARK (94106)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Plan that was approved by the City Council on
November 21, 1994; for L.A. Donnay developer of Wellington Park (94106), has
agreed to install certain site improvements for said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has completed all of the site improvements except: Winter
survivability of said landscaping.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financial guarantee to rt) i the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $221,205.50 ieduction of the Bonds which were submitted to guarantee site
improvements for Wellington Park to a new financial guarantee total of $9,489.50
