REDUCING SITE EffROVEMEN'T PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
SUPERIOR FORD INC./9700 50 AVENUE NORTH (94033)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the Site Phi i that was approved by the City Council on
June 06, 1994, Resolution 94-305; for Suer :rior Ford, Inc., the developer of Superior
Ford improvements (94033), who has agreed to install certain site improvements for
said development; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has complete,; all of the site improvements except: Winter
Survivability of landscapingâ–ş Fire L i ae signs put up and As -Built Utility Plan
submitted to the Engineering Department.
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a reduction of the financiai guarantee to reflect the completed work;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a $44,850.00 reduction of the Saving Account which was set up to guarantee site
improvements for Superior Ford, Inc. to a new financial guarantee total of $1,2(0.00
