RESOLUTION % - 475
RELEASING SITE IMPROVEMENT PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE
OPUS CORPORATION I FINGERHUT CORPORATION(94062)
WHEREAS, in accordance with the final plantplat and resolutions 94-410 & 94-411
approved on August 01. 1994, for Opus Corporation, developer of Fingerhut
Corporation (94062), has agreed to install certain site improvements for said
development; and
WHEREAS, the developer has completed the site improvements including winter
survivability of landscaping and As -built utility plan submitted to the Engineering Dept.
and;
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site and
recommends a release of the financial guarantee to reflect the completed work; and;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize
a release of the Bond in the amount of $20,000.00 which was submitted to guarantee
site improvements for Fingerhut Corporation in Bass Creek Office Park.
