RESOLUTION NO. 96 - 474
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT
STREET LIGHTING
SUGAR HILLS 4m ADDITION
WHEREAS, parsuant to a resolution of the Council adopted September 4, 1996 a
report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of
Sugar Hills 4m Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and
this report was received by the Council on September 4, 1996.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT IiEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The City Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by
all the owners of real property within the plat named as the location of
the improvements.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council
resolution adopted September 4, 1996. The petitioners have waived their
right to a public hwring.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these
improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by
Northern States F ower Company.
Adopted by the City Council on September 4, 1996.
